Enlighten continues to fast-track high performance, sponsoring elite motor racer, William Tregurtha
As a leading global operational excellence firm, Enlighten’s vision is to partner with high-level organizations to improve operational efficiency, unlock full potential and build high performance.
As part of our mission to help our clients become operationally exceptional and carve out a competitive edge, we are sponsoring elite British sportsperson, William Tregurtha, in his mission to become a world-renowned racing champion.
As a dedicated and talented young driver in competitive motorsport, William is fiercely committed to achieving his dreams. On track, William’s smooth style, clean overtaking, eagerness to learn and sheer speed mark him out as a driver who is truly going places.
In the recent 2017 British GT Championship at Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit, William Tregurtha and Stuart Middleton – the youngest pairing in British GT history – brilliantly staked their claim for the British GT4 title, in their first ever season of endurance racing.
The HHC Motorsport pairing starred with some nerve-wracking battles and incredible race-craft, scoring a superb podium result. Amazingly, William posted the fastest GT4 lap with a time of 1m32.998 seconds (94.19mph average) and achieved the Sunoco ‘Fastest Driver of the Weekend’ award.
After 9 races in the recent 2017 British GT Championship, William received the following awards:
- 2 wins
- 2 podiums
- 7 top-5 finishes
- 3 pole positions
- Part of youngest driver pairing in British GT history
- Selected for the MSA National Development Squad
Will was also recently announced as a British Racing Drivers Club Rising Star. The BRDC Rising Stars are picked by fellow racing drivers and mark out top young talent in the UK and Commonwealth. Will is one of the youngest ever Rising Stars.
At the core of what we do at Enlighten is to drive operational excellence and high performance at every level. We are proud to sponsor shining talent like William Tregurtha, as he forges forward with his career at full speed.
